All pieces are handcrafted and one of a kind. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, shape, and design may occur.

Glass Disclaimer & Care

Our jewelry is made from handcrafted glass.

While each piece is created for wearable durability, glass is not unbreakable. Please handle your jewelry with care and avoid dropping or exposing it to impact.

Form & Fire Studios is not responsible for damage caused by accidental drops, impact, or improper handling.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at checkout before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on location. Once an order has been shipped, Form & Fire Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
